The data I use comes directly from two databases I have API access to:

• RxNorm — National Library of Medicine's drug reference database
• OpenFDA — FDA's drug label and adverse event reporting database

I query both directly. No web search, no synthesized summaries from third-party sites. The interaction flags I raise are pulled from actual FDA label data and NLM records for each drug.
